We follow a daily schedule to ensure that participants get the most out of yoga teachings and practices during this retreat.

06:00 am – 06:30 am – Surya Tratak with Surya Mudra, Chanting and Meditation

06:30 am – 07:00 am – Kriyas – Yogic Maintenance of Sensory organs

07:00 am – 07:30 am – Sattvik Tea with soaked almonds and raisin

07:30 am – 08:00 am – Mindful Walk

08:00 am – 09:00 am – Yoga Session

09:00 am – 09:30 am – Breakfast

09:30 am – 11:30 am – Free Time, enjoy in waterfall or natural swimming pool inside the Ashram – if weather allows – Easy Trekking to beautiful hills of Choral Valley

11:30 am – 12:30 pm – Lecture and Question Answer Session by Masters on Yoga & Health related topics(Dr Radheshyam Mishra)

12:30 pm – 01:30 pm – Lunch

01:30 pm – 04:00 pm – Rest & relaxation, Silence Practice, book reading, Free time

04:00 pm – 04:30 pm – Tea break

04:30 pm – 05:30 pm – Games, light sports, healthy recreational activities
